Dentro de las metas que tiene la comisión del MHIC, está la formación he inducción del personal administrativo en los temas de la transveresalidad curricular y los principios de servicio/competencias que les infieren las responsabilidades y actividades que realizan con los estudiantes, dentro de este marco formativo tenemos las siguientes acciones realizadas:
